What is wood stove installation?
A wood stove is set on a hearth pad listed for it, at the clearances the manufacturer's instructions require, and connected to a correctly sized flue — usually a new insulated liner inside an existing chimney. The instructions are the specification: clearances, pad size, connector type and flue diameter all come from them.
