What is water intrusion diagnosis?
Water intrusion diagnosis finds where water gets into a chimney before anything is rebuilt: testing the stack in sections with a hose, checking crown, cap, joints and flashing in turn, and ruling out condensation inside an oversized or unlined flue. It is the step that decides which repair you actually need, and it is worth paying for on its own.
